TVC Pro Driver offers a CDL legal plan and benefits that are invaluable for truckers on the road. You can choose between two different levels, the Pro-Plan or our Pro-Plus Plan, depending on your needs. Each plan offers coverage across many areas, from legal to insurance. Our team will support members in whatever situation they have while trucking. Members also enjoy access to various travel benefits, such as hotels and other travel-related discounts. PRO-PLAN & BENEFITS
The TVC Pro-Plan provides comprehensive coverage in a variety of different areas. There is no long term contract, membership is month-to-month. Coverage includes a wide range of services, as shown below:
LAWYERS REPRESENTATION FOR MOVING & NON-MOVING VIOLATIONS
Pays for a Provider Attorney to represent you in the court of original jurisdiction for covered moving violations. Free fees for the 1st & 2nd tickets each calendar year, the 3rd ticket is $25, and $50 for the 4th ticket and every ticket thereafter each membership year. In other words – we fight your first two tickets for free each year.
TVC Pro Drivers will also assist you in clearing any CSA points from your FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) database for $25.00 each when written with a covered ticket.
There are 22 bond states where they can demand you pay the police or DOT officer immediately at the scene or they hold your license until your court date. If they are demanding $100 or less just give them your membership card instead. If they refuse to take your membership card. Call us. We’re open 24/7. Your membership card will be accepted as a $100 cash bond or we will wire the money by Western Union or Comchek to the their holding authority. That way you keep your money in your wallet and your license.
If you are in an accident and someone dies as a result of that accident, we provide your legal defense for free. Membership covers Provider Attorney representation in the court of original jurisdiction for criminal charges of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, or negligent homicide, directly arising from a traffic accident.
Up to $10,000 Bail Bond should you be charged with covered vehicular manslaughter violations.
Pays member up to $5,000 in case of accidental death or dismemberment and loss of use, worldwide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on or off the job. Coverage provided by One Beacon Insurance Group of Schaumburg, IL. Member must complete additional form for enrollment in AD&D benefit.
FREE ENROLLMENT IN PRO DRIVER REWARDS PROGRAM
Receive $100 dollars a month in TVC Pro Driver Rewards which can be used for discount Shopping, Dinning (buy 1 entrée get another entrée of equal or lesser value free/free appetizers etc), Gift Cards, Local Offers and Hotel Travel discounts.
TVC Pro Driver members also receive roadside assistance in your personal vehicle (non semi), provided by Motor Club of America. Covers the member and spouse living in the same household.
EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE AND TOWING
Members receive FREE roadside assistance in your personal vehicle in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Assistance includes fixing flats, providing gas, jumping your vehicle, unlocking the vehicle, and towing the vehicle to the nearest service facility.
